Day to Day Schedule(Itinenary)
DO DHAM YATRA PACKAGE FROM HARIDWAR TO KEDARNATH AND BADRINATH, 6 DAYS WITH ACCOMODATION, FOOD* AND TRANSPOTATION.
DAY 1: Arrival in Haridwar and Travel to Phata.
Our journey starts from Haridwar, you will be picked up from your hotel, railway station/Hotel. Drive towards Phata. Enroute you can see the beautiful river Mandakini at Tilwara. The Mandakini river comes from Kedarnath, drive alongside the river to reach Sitapur, visit Ardh Narishwar Temple in Phata. Check into the hotel on arrival in Phata/Guptkashi. Overnight stay at Phata.

DAY 2: Phata to Kedarnath, Trek of 20 KM approx. (or Helicopter at your own cost)
Early in the morning you will drive till Sonprayag (vehicles allow till this point) from here you need to take local jeep/sumo/ Max to reach Gaurikund (5 Kms, on direct payment basis, approx. 50-80rs per pax). Upon arrival in Gaurikund, you will start your Trek towards Kedarnath Temple it will take 11-12 hours by foot trek [you have option either Helicopter or hire Pony or Doli at your own cost], which is long and beautiful man made trail. After reaching, performing Pooja and Darshan of Shri Kedarnath Temple. Overnight stay in Kedarnath in Tent.

DAY 3: Kedarnath To Sitapur (Phata).
Morning after breakfast, drive to Sitapur. Check in to the Hotel. Overnight stay at Sitapur.

DAY 4: Phata To Pipalkoti.
Morning after breakfast , Drive For Piaplkoti And Over night Stay At Pipalkoti
Morning enjoy the after breakfast, drive for Badrinath via Joshimath. On the way Darshan of
VishuPrayag, Narsingh Temple in Joshimath, KarnPrayag and NandPrayag. Check into the hotel on arrival in Pipalkoti. Overnight stay at Pipalkoti
Morning after breakfast, drive for Haridwar And drop at railway station/airport. Journey Concludes.

Packing Tips: Carry warm clothing, comfortable trekking shoes, personal medications, and a valid ID.
Weather: Expect cold temperatures at high altitudes (Kedarnath: -8°C to 18°C, Badrinath: 0°C to 15°C). Monsoon season (July-September) may cause delays.
Helicopter Option: For a faster journey, book Do Dham Yatra by helicopter (1-2 days, starting from Dehradun or Haridwar, approx. ₹1,13,000 per person).
General Booking Policy
To confirm a reservation for our services (e.g., travel packages, tours, events, or accommodations), customers are required to make payments according to the following schedule. This policy ensures a smooth booking process and helps us manage resources effectively to provide the best experience.
Payment Schedule
- At the Time of Booking:
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package cost is required to secure your reservation.
- This initial payment confirms your booking and reserves your spot for the service or package.
- Payments can be made via [accepted payment methods, e.g., credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other specified methods].
- Upon receipt of the deposit, a booking confirmation will be issued, including details of the service, itinerary (if applicable), and terms.
- 30 Days Before the Service Date (D-30):
- An additional payment is required, bringing the total paid to 75% of the package cost.
- This payment ensures continued reservation and supports pre-service arrangements, such as securing accommodations, transportation, or other logistics.
- Customers will receive a reminder at least 5 days prior to this deadline to ensure timely payment.
- 15 Days Before the Service Date (D-15):
- The remaining balance, equating to 100% of the package cost, must be paid in full.
- This final payment ensures all services are fully confirmed and ready for your experience.
- Failure to complete the payment by this date may result in the cancellation of the booking, with applicable cancellation fees (see Cancellation Policy below).
Modifications to Bookings
- Changes to Booking Details: Requests to modify booking details (e.g., dates, number of participants, or services) must be submitted in writing at least [e.g., 30 days] before the service date. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
- Price Adjustments: If modifications result in a higher package cost, the customer is responsible for paying the difference according to the payment schedule. If the modified package is less expensive, a refund or credit may be issued, subject to administrative fees.
Additional Notes
- Group Bookings: For group reservations, the payment schedule applies to the total group package cost. The group organizer is responsible for ensuring timely payments for all members.
- Special Circumstances: Customers with special requirements (e.g., medical needs, accessibility requests) should inform us at the time of booking to ensure appropriate arrangements.
- Liability: The service provider is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third parties (e.g., airlines, hotels) or unforeseen events. We recommend purchasing travel or event insurance for additional protection.

Term & Conditions
1. Room Sharing : 2/3/4/6 Bed (depends upon total person & Availability of hotels)
2. Kedarnath room sharing : 3/4/6/8/12/16 (depends upon total person & Availability of hotels)
3. Transportation : Tempo Traveller/mini bus in group tours.
4. Transportation : Dzire/ Ertiga/ Innova/Innova Crysta in Separate/Private package.
5. Booking Advance amount : 25% Must Mandatory To Deposit
(Remaining amount have to be paid before 5 Day of the tour.)
6. Booking amount is not refundable.
7. The AC of the vehicle will not be maid available in the hilly region.
8. All hotel rooms are non AC. (AC not Required as the temperature will already be low)
9. If your travel time exceeds more then fixed days, then full day charges applicable for car and hotels
respectively.
10. Helipad dropping charges extra In group tours.
11. If you are not able to reach your destination due to landslide/Over Crowded/Govt Restriction, in that case there will be no refund for any of your booked hotels. And extra charges will be applicable wherever you stay.
12. Vehicles will not be driven Before 5 AM & After 10 PM.
13. Your food arrangements are done at your hotel Please reach at time.
14. Room service is not available at any hotel.
15. If you want to visit any place out of the way extra charge will be applicable.
16. Please respect local folks and culture.
17. Don’t throw plastics/bottles and other things anywhere.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations More Than 30 Days Before Service Date: If a cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the service date, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments made (if applicable) may be refunded, subject to administrative fees [e.g., 10% of the paid amount].
- Cancellations Between 30 and 15 Days Before Service Date: Cancellations made within this period will forfeit the 75% of the package cost paid, with no refund for the initial deposit or subsequent payments.
- Cancellations Less Than 15 Days Before Service Date: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 15 days of the service date, as the full package cost is due and non-refundable.
- Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control), we may offer rescheduling options or partial refunds, at our discretion.
